I’ve been catching up on this show. I thought it would annoy red state/right wing types as a Hollywood portrayal of red America. I don’t think it does though. The episode about where Leslie was born seemed to me to clearly be a sneer a all the ink spilled about where the President was born, that we’ve read over the last 5 years. It must be the personal appeal of the conservative character Ron that keeps conservative from raging at the show..
