Justice Department sues Alabama over its state immigration law (via Scott Kuhagen)


I didn’t know about this. It sounds worse than the Arizona law.

The Justice Department on Monday filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, alleging that Alabama's recently-enacted state immigration law, referred to as H.B. 56, is unconstitutional.
